Healing is for Everybody
For over fifteen years, I have provided social services to people in need. I received my MA in Counseling from St. Edward's University and have over 2000 hours of experience working with couples, individuals, families, and adolescents ages 12-17. Having worked with clients and families possessing a variety of cultural values, biases, and worldviews, I have developed highly effective interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
Exploring the family system is at the forefront of my therapeutic philosophy. This brings an unbreakable dedication to the service of others and a wealth of experience in counseling for families, couples, adults, adolescents, and individuals in crisis.
Compassion and empathy exist in all of us, and by seeking out those who have the capacity to display compassion and care, we express our underlying desire to better ourselves. Embodying this sentiment, I value and create meaningful and empathic relationships that work to maximize a client's potential and wellbeing.
